All patients had typical neurological syndromes related to GAD65 antibody: Ep (n = 8, 14.5%), LE (n = 26, 47.3%), SPS (n = 18, 32.7%), and ACA (n = 11, 20%), and 8 (14.5%) patients had overlap syndromes (Figure 1, Table 1). The gene discussed is GAD2; the disease is connective tissue disorder.
