Additional adjustment of model 2 by serial C-reactive protein, anti-Xa level, fibrinogen, SOFA score, pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis, showed a reduced ETP of −470 nM min (95%CI: −890 to −50) in the 3rd week, but in none of the other weeks, after intubation compared to the first week (Table 4, model 3).
