Additional adjustment of model 2 by serial anti-Xa level, fibrinogen, C-reactive protein, SOFA score, pulmonary embolism and deep venous thrombosis, showed a reduced peak height in the 2nd [−158 nM (95%CI: −260 to −57)], and in the 3th [−123 nM (95%CI: −216 to −29)] week after intubation compared to the first week (Table 3, model 3).
