CD8A and cancer: The results indicated that MMS22L was positively associated with the infiltration levels of B cells, cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAF), CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, dendritic cells, endothelial cells (Endo), macrophages, mast cells, myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC), monocytes, neutrophils, NK cells, common lymphoid progenitor cells (CLP), T follicular helper cells (Tfh), and Tregs in the majority of these common cancers.
