The results indicated that high CD274 and PDCD1LG2 expression levels were associated with lymph node metastasis in KIRP and THCA (Figures 2A,B), and that CD274 and PDCD1LG2 levels were associated with the tumor stage of several cancers, including ACC, BRCA, bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), COAD, HNSC, OV, SKCM, TGCT, and THCA (Figures 2C,D; Supplementary Figures S2A,B). This evidence concerns the gene PDCD1LG2 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
