CD274 was also upregulated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), and skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM) and downregulated in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC) and ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), whereas PDCD1LG2 level was decreased in breast cancer (BRCA), SKCM, and thyroid carcinoma (THCA) (Figures 1A,B). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
