We identified two different types of tumor cells that showed high levels of glioma markers: CST3, CCT6A, EGFR, MT1X, HOPX, FABP5, CHI3L1, GFAP, SPARCL1, ATP1A2, AQP4, PDGFRA, BCAN and SCG317. This evidence concerns the gene PDGFRA and central nervous system cancer.
