Notably, the validation study of the GAD-7 and GAD-2 in patients with migraine demonstrated a cut-off score of 5 for the GAD-7, with sensitivity of 78.1% and specificity of 74.6% for the GAD-7, and a cut-off score of 1 for the GAD-2, with sensitivity of 44.6% and specificity of 94.3%, which is lower than in our study (35). This evidence concerns the gene GAD1 and migraine disorder.
