PDCD10 was upregulated in acute myeloid leukemia (LAML) and thymoma (THYM) and downregulated in kidney chromophobe (KICH), pheochromocytoma and paraganglioma (PCPG), testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), thyroid carcinoma (THCA), and uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), and its expression was higher in cancer tissues than in neighboring tissues in most tumors (Figure 1(a)). The gene discussed is PDCD10; the disease is hereditary pheochromocytoma-paraganglioma.
