The KEGG metabolic pathways analysis between GS 6+(3 + 4) and GS (4 + 3)+8+9 indicated that the major significantly differentially abundant proteins involved the processes of immune activity (SPP1, TGFB1, PF4V1), signal transduction, and molecules and interaction (SPP1, TGFB1, CAT, PF4V1), infection (SPP1, TGFB1, HBA1), cell growth and death (CP, TGFB1) and metabolism of cofactors and vitamins (CP, BLVRB) (Figure 5E).
