VIM and glioma: Figure 4H shows poor correlation betweenTP53I13 and MKI67 (Ki-67 proliferation index) (R = 0.300, P <0.001) but TP53I13 had a significant correlation with VIM (vimentin invasion index) (R = 0.720, P<0.001). (Figure 4I). The results reveal that enhanced TP53I13 expression was linked to malignant clinicopathological features in glioma patients.
