IQGAP3 and breast carcinoma: IQGAP3 has been shown to be upregulated in breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, colorectal cancer and bladder cancer, and is closely related to clinicopathological features, suggesting that it may be involved in tumor development (Hua et al., 2020; Xu et al., 2016; Shi et al., 2017; Huang et al., 2021; Cao et al., 2019; Xu et al., 2019).
