As shown in Figures 3B,C, the angiogenesis cluster B was significantly associated with tumor immune activation due to more immune cell infiltrations such as CD8+T cells, cytolytic activity, mast cells, MHC class I, neutrophils, NK cells, T cell co-inhibition, T cell co-stimulation, T helper cells, TIL, Th2 and type II IFN response, as well as with higher TME scores (Figure 3D).
