HOTAIR and breast carcinoma: Next, we analyzed the expression of HOTAIR in clinical breast cancer patients from the GEPIA database, and the results showed that compared with normal breast tissue (N = 291), the expression of HOTAIR in breast cancer patients (N = 1084) increased significantly (Fig. 6G), indicating that HOTAIR was well correlated with breast cancer incidences, which was also consistent with the results we previously observed.
