Kirsten Rat Sarcoma (KRAS) viral oncogene is the most studied of the Ras family of proteins (HRAS, NRAS and KRAS) with the most mutations that result in a range of cancers including colorectal cancer (CRC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC)1.
