In recent years, growing evidence has shown that TREM-1 plays an important role in the pathology of various neurological disorders, such as ischemic stroke, subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH), cerebral hemorrhage, glioma, Parkinson’s disease (PD), Alzheimer’s disease (AD), CNS infections, spinal cord injury (SCI) and Spinal cord ischemia–reperfusion injury (SCIRI). Here, TREM1 is linked to Alzheimer disease.
