EVA1A and cancer: Considering that EVA1A is an important autophagy regulator [8], and studies have shown that EVA1A inhibits GBM cell and other cancer cell growth by inducing autophagy [5, 7], so we examined the effect of overexpression EVA1A on autophagy activity in Hccl-M3 cells by measuring the LC3 isoform B (LC3B) autophagy marker.
