TRIP13 and melanoma: Using the Kaplan-Meier analyses, we showed that patients with both high levels of TRIP13 and FLNA had the worst OS (p = 0.0071) and DFS (p = 0.0051) than those patients with either high or both low levels in melanoma patients (Figures 6(c) and 6(d)), suggesting that the combination of TRIP13 and FLNA expression can serve as an efficient biomarker of unfavorable prognosis in melanoma.
