The isoleucine–glutamine (IQ) motif and Sec7 domain-containing protein 2 (IQSEC2) gene is associated with neurologic disorders, including intellectual disability (ID), epilepsy, and autism (Hinze et al., 2017; Levy et al., 2019; Mignot et al., 2019; Shoubridge et al., 2019; Wayhelova et al., 2020). This evidence concerns the gene IQSEC2 and epilepsy.
