The targeted inhibition of HDAC as a potent anticancer therapy approach (Tang et al., 2017; Bian et al., 2018; Guo et al., 2020) and mTOR as a promising target for anticancer therapies due to its central role in the control of cancer cellular growth, division, survival, and angiogenesis and its frequent dysregulation in cancer cells are two of the very important potent anticancer therapy approaches.
