KEGG results exhibited that up-regulated DEGs, including SLC7A11, were associated with the Wnt signaling pathway, central carbon metabolism in cancer, IL-17 signaling pathway, and other concerned pathways; however, down-regulated DEGs were engaged in bile secretion, histidine metabolism, cholesterol metabolism, retinol metabolism and other pathways related to liver physiological metabolism (Figure 6F). This evidence concerns the gene SLC7A11 and cancer.
