After IDA treatment, METTL3 also increased the proportion of AML cells, and the rate at which this proportion decreased in the IDA-treated group compared with the PBS-treated and METTL3-overexpressing group was significantly slower than that of the NC or METTL3-CD group (Fig. 3A, B; Supplementary Fig. S4C, D, Fig. S5, B–D). This evidence concerns the gene METTL3 and acute myeloid leukemia.
