Of these, consistent with the clinical data that ITGB3 was highly expressed in P-EVs, ITGB3 expression exhibited the most distinct upregulation in P-EVs-treated NPC cells (Figure 2C and Figure S2B), which was further confirmed by flow cytometry and western blot analysis that treatment with P-EVs instead of H-EVs upregulated the expression of ITGB3 in NPC cells (Figure 2D and Figure 2E), indicating that P-EVs induced the upregulation of ITGB3 at both the transcript and protein level.
