We confirmed that SETDB2 (HR: 0.773, 95%CI: 0.640–0.932), SGF29 (HR: 0.918, 95%CI: 0.860–0.979), PRDM16 (HR: 0.891, 95%CI: 0.807–0.983), CBX7 (HR: 0.906, 95%CI: 0.833–0.986), and ZCWPW2 (HR: 0.325, 95%CI: 0.117–0.901) were protective genes, and they were all downregulated in the tumor samples.
