To explore candidate target of miR-216b, bioinformatics online tools (miRDB, http://mirdb.org/) were prepared to predict the suitable one that finding miR-216b possessed the matched binding site with YY1 (Figure 5(a)), which overexpressed in the CRC tissues not normal tissues (Figure 5(b), p < 0.01). This evidence concerns the gene YY1 and colorectal carcinoma.
