In stage II, we found that the positive rates of 14 IgG autoantigens (including RIOK1, ANXA1, ELAVL4, EXOSC5, etc.) and 14 IgA (including PIGP, CACNG3, RIOK1, VCY, EXOSC5, etc.) of IBS patients were significantly higher than HCs but had no significant difference with DCs (Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene CD79A and irritable bowel syndrome.
