The KEGG pathway analysis results demonstrated that anti-AD key active compounds of CF act on several signaling pathways, including PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, calcium signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, cAMP signaling pathway, chemokine signaling pathway, TNF signaling pathway, and inflammatory mediator regulation of TRP channels (Fig. 9). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and Alzheimer disease.
