ETS2 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: The alleles of the four BMD-related genetic signals that associated with increased hip fracture risk were all associated with decreased femoral neck BMD (ETS2, SALL1, and HOXC8) and/or decreased estimated BMD by ultrasound in the heel (ETS2, SALL1, and REST) but not with risk of falls or Alzheimer’s disease (Table 1).
