In this study, the TET2 mutation ORR was 54.5%, the median survival time was 13 months, the ASXL1 mutation ORR was 66.7%, the median survival time was 11 months, and the results were more consistent with foreign countries, indicating that although prognosis is poor in patients with AML/MDS mutations in TET2 and ASXL1 genes, treatment with azacytidine and B-cell lymphoma/leukemia-2 inhibitors may improve overall response rates and median survival, patient outcomes, and quality of life.
