As revealed by IHC staining analysis, the proteins of CYBB, IL1A, IL1B, and SLC25A5 were mainly found in cancer cells’ nucleus, cytoplasm, and membranes; brown staining indicated positive staining (Fig. 8G, H, K, L,O, P, S, T); and these NRG proteins were either weakly expressed or not expressed in normal tissues (Fig. 8E, F, I, J, M, N, Q, R). This evidence concerns the gene CYBB and cancer.
