NEFH and tuberous sclerosis: Neurofilament H (NFH)-positive Aβ RA-LTMR lanceolate endings associated with both guard and nonguard hairs were closely associated with TSC processes at this age (Fig. 2D), with 97.9% of NFH+ lanceolate endings around guard hairs enwrapped by TSC protrusions (140 lanceolate endings from three animals).
