Interestingly, while there was a trend towards increased PD-L1 levels on tumor cells (Fig. 4a, p 0.156), but not PD-L2 (Fig. 4b), the frequency of PD-L1-expressing tumor cells was significantly reduced at the end of chemoradiation (p 0.04; Fig. 4c).
