As PVR (also known as CD155) and NECTIN2 (also known as CD112) both bind the coinhibitory receptor TIGIT and the activating receptor CD226 (also known as DNAM-1) (14), we examined the expression of CD226 on B cells and found no difference between patients with MS and healthy controls (Supplemental Figure 1A; supplemental material available online with this article; https://doi.org/10.1172/JCI156254DS1). The gene discussed is NECTIN2; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
