Our results also showed that removing CD56+ cells was associated with reduced production of TGF-β and IFN-γ by peanut stimulation, suggesting that CD56+ cells may play a regulatory role in the modulation of Th2-skewed immune response in peanut allergy by secretion of TGF-β and IFN-γ. Here, TGFB1 is linked to peanut allergic reaction.
