We found that the relative abundance of plasma cells, T cells CD4 memory activated, T cells gamma delta, monocytes, Macrophages M0, Macrophages M2, and Neutrophils in the sepsis group were significantly higher compared with those of normal patients, while the relative abundance of T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory resting, T cells regulatory (Tregs), NK cells resting, and NK cells activated was lower. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and Sepsis.
