The results of immune cell infiltration using CIBERSORT algorithm analysis in this study demonstrated that the levels of some innate immune cells, such as monocytes, macrophages M2, neutrophils, and some adaptive immune cells, such as plasma cells and T cells CD4 memory activated, were significantly higher in sepsis patients, while some other adaptive immune cells, such as T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory resting, and Tregs, were significantly lower. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and Sepsis.
