CLEC4D and Alzheimer disease: We found that 81 irDEGs between patients with AD and controls, such as those involved in chemokine signaling, IL-17 signaling, Th17 cell differentiation, B-cell receptor signaling, hematopoietic cell differentiation, T-cell receptor signaling, C-type lectin receptor signaling, NK cell–mediated cytotoxicity, and Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation, were enriched in several immune system pathways.
