The protective value of ACOT11, ST3GAL5, and SERPINB9 has been validated in renal cell carcinoma, bladder cancer and colorectal cancer (Vycital et al., 2019; Ouyang et al., 2020L; Xu et al., 2020), while MYO5A, RAB38, and CYSLTR1 were involved in cancer progression (Ohd et al., 2003; Lan et al., 2010; Hsieh et al., 2019; Li et al., 2019). This evidence concerns the gene CYSLTR1 and urinary bladder carcinoma.
