Figure 6A indicates that B cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, macrophages, and mast cells were the predominant infiltrating immune cells in PC. We found that B cell naïve, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory resting, T cells CD4 memory activated, T cells follicular helper, T cells regulatory (Tregs), monocytes, macrophages M0, macrophages M1, macrophages M2, dendritic cells resting, and dendritic cells activated differently between the two groups (Figure 6A). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and pachyonychia congenita.
