IL17A and cancer: The results showed that the high-risk group is mainly enriched in multiple immune-related pathways, including viral protein interaction with cytokine and cytokine receptor, natural killer cell-mediated cytotoxicity, IL-17 signaling pathway, Th1- and Th2-cell differentiation, Th17-cell differentiation, T-cell receptor signaling pathway, leukocyte trans-endothelial migration, and PD-L1 expression and PD-1 checkpoint pathway in cancer (Supplementary Materials).
