CD4 and pachyonychia congenita: Figure 6A indicates that B cells, CD4+ and CD8+ T cells, macrophages, and mast cells were the predominant infiltrating immune cells in PC. We found that B cell naïve, T cells CD8, T cells CD4 memory resting, T cells CD4 memory activated, T cells follicular helper, T cells regulatory (Tregs), monocytes, macrophages M0, macrophages M1, macrophages M2, dendritic cells resting, and dendritic cells activated differently between the two groups (Figure 6A).
