The tumor genomic landscape is markedly distinct among different races in several respects: 1) the most common base alteration varied among races; 2) significant variation in the rates of the different mutations; and 3) distinctive alterations identified in Whites (KRAS G12C), Asians (EGFR mutation), Native Americans (NTRK fusion) and Other (ALK fusion).
