Figures 7E, F shows that the higher the expression of VAMP2, the higher the tumor grade and the worse the prognosis for survival. Combined with the analysis of VAMP2 expression and other clinical traits, VAMP2 was found to be an independent prognostic factor for pancreatic cancer patients (Figures 7G, H). A nomogram dependent on OS-independent prognostic parameters in pancreatic cancer patients was also constructed (Figures 7I, J). This evidence concerns the gene VAMP2 and familial pancreatic carcinoma.
