CCK-8 assays and colony formation assays showed that silencing CASP4 and GSDMB significantly reduced the proliferative capabilities of ccRCC cells (786-O and 769-P) while overexpressing CASP4 and GSDMB promoted cell proliferation (Figures 10C, D). This evidence concerns the gene CASP4 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
