We found that among the 14 tumors, AIM2 had low methylation levels in 12 tumors (PRAD, ESCA, UCEC, KIRP, COAD, BLCA, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, HNSC, KIPC, and BRCA), on the other hand, AIM2 had high methylation levels in only one tumor (THCA) (all P < 0.05). This evidence concerns the gene AIM2 and neoplasm.
