Using the GSE53757 dataset, we detected that the expression of CDKN2A was higher in ccRCC tissue compared to normal kidney tissue, and the expressions of FDX1, LIAS, DLAT, and GLS were lower in ccRCC tissue compared to normal kidney tissue (Supplementary Material S4), which was consistent with our original results. This evidence concerns the gene CDKN2A and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
