Our results showed that these factors have potential functions in regulating tumor angiogenesis by targeting VEGFA. Studies have shown that RELA, NFKB1, HDAC2, SP1, ATF4, EP300, BRCA1, ESR1, HIF1A, EGR1, STAT3, and JUN regulate tumor angiogenesis, thus affecting tumor growth and prognosis [27, 28, 38–48]. This evidence concerns the gene ATF4 and neoplasm.
