As shown in Figures 9A–C, the elevation expression of REV1 to be significantly linked with a poorer prognosis in gastric cancer [OS: HR, 1.4, 95% CI, 1.11–1.76, p = 0.0038; post progression survival (PPS): HR, 1.45, 95% CI, 1.11–1.9, p = 0.0069] and ovarian cancer (PPS: HR, 1.35, 95% CI, 1.04–1.75, p = 0.024). This evidence concerns the gene REV1 and ovarian carcinoma.
