As is shown in Supplementary Figures S7A–S7S, most of the signaling pathways in the CRC, especially ZEB1-AS1 showed a high level of activation in the TGF-β, EMT, angiogenesis, collagen formation and degradation of extracellular matrix signaling pathway, but consistent inhibition of the cellular response to hypoxia, DNA damage response, MYC target response and accumulation of reactive oxygen species (ROS) signaling pathways. The gene discussed is TGFB1; the disease is colorectal carcinoma.
