Herein, we observed an increase in the CD4+ and CD8+ T cell population in the IFN-γ/St.∆ppGpp group relative to the St.∆ppGpp-alone group, implying that infiltration by CD4+ and CD8+ T cells is associated with a decrease in tumor-infiltrating neutrophils and an increase in tumor-infiltrating M1-type macrophages, leading to further tumor suppression. This evidence concerns the gene IFNG and neoplasm.
