According to TCGA data, UBE2T mRNA expression was significantly higher in tumor tissues from the BLCA, BRCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KIRC, KIRP, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, PAAD, PCPG, PRAD, READ, STAD, THCA, and UCEC than in normal tissues, suggesting that this molecule may play an oncogenic role in tumor progression (Figure 3). This evidence concerns the gene UBE2T and glioblastoma.
