Using the PCL filtering approach and the PC3 and VCAP prostate cancer cell lines, the four small-molecule medications closely related to the MDM inhibitor (median tau score > 90) were finally obtained using the Touchstone software: farnesyltransferase, an angiogenesis inhibitor, and apoptosis; tipifarnib, an apoptosis promoter; aminomethyltransferase (AMT), a nitric oxide synthase inhibitor; xaliproden, a serotonin receptor agonist; and BAY-K8644, an L-type calcium channel activator. The gene discussed is MAPT; the disease is prostate cancer.
