Furthermore, the KM and ROC curves based on the TCGA-PRAD dataset demonstrated that these genes were closely associated with clinical prognosis, having overall survival (Figure 6(a)) and TOP2A AUC = 0.76, NCAPG AUC = 0.80, and BUB1B AUC = 0.85 (Figure 6(b)), demonstrating their significant diagnostic and prognostic potentials as PCa biomarkers.
