Previous studies have found that the expression of miR-361-3p was significantly increased and cell cycle and apoptosis regulator 2 (CCAR2) was decreased in prostate cancer [20,21], and miR-361-3p/CCAR2 play critical roles in the regulation of the proliferation and apoptosis of prostate cancer cells. This evidence concerns the gene CCAR2 and Familial prostate cancer.
