The percentages of ZNF683+ NK cells among total NK cells were significantly higher in MM patients than healthy volunteers in BM (a mean of 16.5% over .7%, P = .007) and PB (16.1% vs. 1.2%, P = .049), but there was no significant difference in percentages before and after treatment in both BM and PB (Figure 1D) in MM patients. Here, ZNF683 is linked to Miyoshi myopathy.
