DAZAP1 is considered to be a multifunctional RBP localized in the nucleus, which has important regulatory roles in a variety of tumors, such as Wang Q et al. found that DAZAP1 promoted hepatocellular carcinoma proliferation by regulating ferroptosis [21]; Choudhury R et al. demonstrated that DAZAP1 integrated splicing control into MEK/ERK-regulated non-small cell lung carcinoma proliferation and migration [22]; Chen Y et al. reported that DAZAP1 integrated splicing control into TSC2-regulated autophagy in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [23].
